To ensure the longevity and beauty of your Just Clip It Hair Extensions, follow these simple care guidelines:

• Washing: Wash your extensions with a gentle shampoo and cool water. Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb while wet.
• Drying: Allow your extensions to air dry completely. Avoid using heat styling tools on wet extensions.
• Styling: You can style your extensions with a curling iron or straightener, but keep the temperature below 200°C.
• Storage: When not in use, store your extensions in their original packaging in a cool, dry place.

Shipping

• We offer both standard and express shipping options.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery location.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Refund Policy:

Conditions:

• WReturns or exchanges are accepted only within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Items on Sale or discounted items once bought are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To cancel your order, please email us at support@justclipit.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
• A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange.

Return Process:

• Log in to your account and request a return for the desired product, providing a valid reason.
• Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
• We will through our third-party vendors arrange for a reverse pickup.
• Upon receiving the product back, we will conduct a quality check.
• If the product passes the quality check, a store credit will be issued, minus a processing fee of INR 200.

Return Process for damaged products received:

• Log in to your account and request a return for the desired product, providing images (at least 3 from different angles) of the packaging and the alleged damaged product along with a description of the nature of the damage.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
• Clearly mention your order number and contact information on the return package.
• Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
• We will through our third-party vendors arrange for a reverse pickup.
• Upon receiving the product back, we will conduct a quality check and replace the product only once or a processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted for all returns and exchanges.

Refund and Store Credit:

• Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds will be issued as store credit and shall be valid for three months.
• Store Credit Issuance: Store credit will be sent to your email after the processing fee deduction.

Shipping Delays:

• Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak seasons, sales, or adverse weather conditions. This is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
