Refund Policy
Conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Items on Sale or discounted items once bought are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To cancel your order, please email us at support@justclipit.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
- A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Log in to your account and request a return for the desired product, providing a valid reason.
- Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
- We will through our third-party vendors arrange for a reverse pickup.
- Upon receiving the product back, we will conduct a quality check.
- If the product passes the quality check, a store credit will be issued, minus a processing fee of INR 200.
Return Process for damaged products received:
- Log in to your account and request a return for the desired product, providing images (at least 3 from different angles) of the packaging and the alleged damaged product along with a description of the nature of the damage.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- Clearly mention your order number and contact information on the return package.
Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
- We will through our third-party vendors arrange for a reverse pickup.
- Upon receiving the product back, we will conduct a quality check and replace the product only once or a processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted for all returns and exchanges.
Refund and Store Credit:
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds will be issued as store credit and shall be valid for three months
- Store Credit Issuance: Store credit will be sent to your email after the processing fee deduction.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak seasons, sales, or adverse weather conditions. This is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
